Shipping policy

Once processed, your order will arrive within 3-8 business days, if you purchase a PreOrder item.  The estimated ship date will be listed on the PreOrder item.  If you order a PreOrder item and other items, your Full order will not ship until the PreOrder item is in stock, unless you notify us that you'd like to request a split shipment.

Shipping in the US is always Free.

We cannot guarantee that your order will not require customs, duties, fees or taxes.  You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charges by your government.  Please contact your country's customer office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.  International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
